All products have a 1-year warranty period, and the warranty period for core components (such as the laser head of the hair removal machine and the main board of the RF machine) is extended to 2 years. If the equipment has non-human-caused faults during the warranty period, we will provide free maintenance services or replace parts; if on-site maintenance is required, we will arrange engineers according to the customer's location or provide remote technical guidance to solve the problem quickly.

The MOQ for OEM orders is 50 units per model, and the MOQ for ODM orders (including appearance and function customization) is 100 units per model; if the customer has special needs, the MOQ can be adjusted through negotiation. The production cycle for regular bulk orders is 20-30 working days, and the production cycle for large orders (more than 500 units) is adjusted according to the production line schedule (30-45 working days), and real-time production progress tracking service is provided.

Yes. We are familiar with the certification requirements of major global markets and can assist customers in applying for international certifications such as CE, FCC, SGS, and TUV (certification fees are calculated based on specific projects); at the same time, we provide cross-border supporting services such as customs declaration document sorting and logistics solution recommendation to help customers successfully complete the product export process and reduce communication costs.

The equipment operation is designed to be simple and easy to understand, with Chinese and English operation manuals and video tutorials provided; meanwhile, we provide free training services for customers of each batch of orders. Customers can choose online video training (1-2 hours per session) or offline on-site training (for bulk order customers, the training duration is adjusted according to the product type) to ensure that the customer's team can operate the equipment proficiently.
